Ramesh Chennamaneni is an Indian politician and expert in agriculture and rural development. He was born 1956 in India and moved to Germany in 1976. He studied agricultural engineering at the Karl-Marx University Leipzig and later obtained a PhD at the Humboldt-University in Berlin, studying the Green Revolution in the Telangana area. He later returned to India and moved into politics. He currently serves as a Member of the Telangana Legislative Assembly for the TRS.
